Among our core
beliefs is the tenet that great customer service can and should be
unpretentious. Our goal was to create a wine list that covers the major
varietal choices and contains a depth of choices within each varietal. Our
substantial by-the-glass list allows for more experimentation for our wine
drinkers, both new and old. The wine list is printed on the back of our
dinner menu as we find much more conversation about wine happens around the
table when everyone has access to the same information.
All of our wines were tasted and specifically chosen
by our wine team. We are proud to say that our wine list has won a Wine
Spectator Award of Excellence for three years in a row, which we believe is
a testament not only to our team but to the guests who have provided us
with feedback and suggestions. We only serve wines that we personally think
are excellent. We hope you agree.
